hi! been there before — asked and cried myself on the question of whether or not to push through with law school. it was agonizing until a person close to my heart ( who later became my husband) asked ” so what would you do after you give up law school?” it answered all. we share a lot in so many respects - a passion for writing ( journalism as a pre-law), more passion for law and most passion for motherhood. too bad i am not a blogger (as yet) but just in case you would like to be more enlightened (or encouraged -) with law school and its life thereafter, you can e-mail me. would love to hear from you.

Sabi ko nga ke Mitchteryosa, maybe its simply because we dont enjoy doing the task enymore kaya we tend to let it go in the back burner longer than expected. Ako rin maraming unfinished projects.

before I even read Vern’s comments, i was going to say the same thing. that you finish your cross stitch first, and who knows you might find the answers to your questions. cross stitching like gardening is relaxing and therapeutic.

but, with your intelligence, nothing is unreachable.

Sheilamarie, you know what - I have finished several cross stitch patterns and even framed them. But unfortunately, I only have one left with me - the rest, pinamigay ko! Ang bait ko, ano? hehehe.

Studies - I have decided. I am going. In fact, I have started attending today.

Medicine is not a bad idea. Why not? Alam mo ba, I had a professor before in Legal Ethics who’s a doctor of medicine. And then he took up law, and became a lawyer at the age of 60! Wow!

rhodora, i have ADD, so i started about 4 cross stitch projects and none of them got finished. hehe…

what i’ll do is look for a new pattern and materials when we go for vacation in pinas. try and try until you cry. i mean until you succeed pala. LOL! =D

about your studies, kaya mo yan =) ako nga i’m teasing hubby that when we’ve settled back in pinas, i want to study medicine. haha! basta, one step at a time

Hmmm … What do your heart says; deep down?

Follow what it says and weigh the pros and cons of the decisions that you’re going to make. That will help; that is what I always do.
