At a glance I thought the guy was yet another case of suicide in those very high places in Manila.

But a linesman without a harness, in such elevated area, is might as well just suicidal.

Firstly, totally dangerous.

Secondly - what the heck does he think of these phone line cables - ropes?? He is damaging these cables big time by causing tension with his weight !
